Winter Conditioning

Winter Conditioning 

Athletes that are not participating in a Winter sport are encouraged to attend the Winter Conditioning workouts. These workouts are NOT mandatory, but highly encouraged for ALL athletes. These workouts will help the athletes perform at their peaks during the Track & Field season.

Jumpers, Vaulters, Throwers, Sprinters & Hurdlers

  • Mondays: 6:30am – 7:30am (Strength Training)
    • Location: Weight Room
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:10pm – 4:30pm
    • Location: DHS Indoor Track

Throwers

  • Tuesdays & Fridays: 3:15pm – 5:00pm
    • Location: Gymnasium, Commons Area or Weight Room.

Boys Distance

  • Monday – Friday: 3:15pm – 5:00pm 

Girls Distance

  • Monday – Friday: 3:15pm – 5:00pm
