Another week in the books! Just 11 days until we get to race and show we run this town! Two reminders:
1. Shout out to Ben, Nick, Maki, and Larson still logging miles. This week, Good/Bad/Ugly is who’s team logs the most miles (accurately) and bowling. (running2win instructions attached) Gotta get you guys in the habit of tracking what you are doing!
2. Be sure to get your physicals in to the Athletic Office, and fill out the info on the google doc roster attached! I can’t register you for races until both are completed.
This week’s training, 8:30am start time as usual:
Monday: Hudson Mills, 5.5 to 7 Miles, Strength and Core
Tuesday: Border to Border trail, Workout: 1xmile, 1x2mile, 1xmile
Wednesday: High School, P-loop 5.5 to 7 miles
Thursday: Hudson mills, Workout: 5x 1k intervals with 400m jog rest
*Team bowling, 2-3:30 at Belmark Lanes, $10*
Friday: Creekside, 5.5 to 7 miles
Saturday: 5665 Webster Church Rd. 7 or 9
Sunday: Rest or 4 easy shake out miles (on your own)
Total Miles: 35-50
