Winter Sprints/Jumps Conditioning

This schedule continues after Winter Break, and runs through the start of Spring Track and Field Season which starts March 9th.All Track and Field Past, Present and Future Athletes are welcome and encouraged to come to conditioning.

Monday 3:15-5:00 @ DHS Gym Plyo Workout lead by Coach Gerstner.

Wednesday 3:15-5:00 @ DHS Gym Speed Work, Weight lifting lead by Coach Gerstner.

Wednesday  7:00-8:30  @ Uo f M Indoor Track Building, 1150 South State Street ( cost of $6.00 per session, lead by Coach Takashi.

Saturday 1:00-3:00 @ SkylineHigh School, meet at Main entrance, Hurdle conditioning with Coach Ro.

Sunday 1:00-2:00 @DHS Gym Conditioning and Weights with Coach Barbieri.
