North Central College is a NCAA Division III powerhouse in cross country (15 NCAA Titles, 15 NCAA Runner-ups) and this video (one within a series of 8) talks about their 2010 squad that graduated 13 of their top 15 runners.  Going into the season there were a lot of question marks, but the group of returning guys decided that they were going to make sure that their goals as a program would never change and committed to giving their all to the team.  I recommend watching this video a few times over because there are so many valuable lessons to learn from and as I mentioned earlier, there are some unique similarities to our 2013 squad.
