I recently came across this great video by Dr. Daniel Lieberman, a leading researcher in the field of bio-mechanics, working specifically with running for and efficiency. Many people will run with what they refer to as their “natural stride” which they’ve developed over the months, or years of running. However, often these “natural motions” have many unnatural/unnecessary/inefficient movements, leading to greater risk of injuries.
